If you have any allergies, please be sure to carefully look over the ingredients listed on each product description as we cannot refund or exchange a product in that case. 

If you purchased a product with a defect (excluding 'flawed, discontinued or just simply didn’t make the cut' items), please send an email to hello@jirosoap.com with a picture of the defected product and we will be more than happy to help you!
